WMM believes that renovating existing facilities is more practical and economical than building new structures. In partnership with a fieldworker who has worked in the city of Rason for over 10 years and has permanent residency status, WMM will identify and approve the reconstruction costs of various facilities at approximately $1,000 per renovation project.

Repairs will include: new roofs, floors, exterior and interior walls, etc.  for daycares, preschools, and kindergartens so that the children will have safe, warm, and comfortable environments in which to play and study.

WMM will follow-up with quarterly site inspections to verify that the construction funds have been used properly and will endeavor to obtain photographs of the completed projects.
